Refund and Cancellation Policy


Thank you for buying our course(s). We always strive to ensure that our users have a seamless and transparent experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses. However, if you want a refund of the course fee owing to rare technical issues, we offer refunds as governed by our Refund policy. When you pay and join a course on ChalkStreet, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund policy.
Refunds in case of Duplicate Payment:
Though very rare, but if at all there is a case of duplicate payment - it must be reported within 7 days of purchase. The request will be verified and the due amount of refund will be processed by ChalkStreet.

Initiating Refund:
The learner is requested to email the details for the refund (order id, amount paid and the date of making the payment) to support@chalkstreet.com.

All verified refund requests will be approved and processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days post intimation by the customer.
