Refunds in case of Duplicate Payment:
Though very rare, but if at all there is a case of duplicate payment - it must be reported within 7 days of purchase. The request will be verified and the due amount of refund will be processed by ChalkStreet.
The learner is requested to email the details for the refund (order id, amount paid and the date of making the payment) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All verified refund requests will be approved and processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days post intimation by the customer.
